General Notice
Lunch on Thursday (Aug 20) and Friday (Aug 21) will be distributed on-site only, without advance reservation.
We plan to prepare an adequate number; however, quantities are limited and distribution will end once they run out. Thank you for your understanding.
Note 1
For sponsoring companies and supporting members eligible for complimentary registrations according to their sponsorship plan, the designated contact person will be asked to submit a list of participants (names and contact information) in Excel format.
If the number of participants exceeds the complimentary quota, please register the additional participants under the General or Supporting Member category.
Note 2
Graduate students, junior residents, and undergraduate students, regardless of membership status, are required to bring valid identification confirming their status and present it at the registration desk.
If such identification cannot be presented, you may be required to re-register as a non-member general participant (on-site registration fee: JPY 17,000).
Please note that personal information provided (such as name and email address) required for credit or certification applications may be shared with the conference secretariat.

The reception will be held at Inasayama Kanko Hotel, located halfway up Mount Inasa, one of the most iconic landmarks in Nagasaki.
Nagasaki’s night view is widely known as one of the most beautiful in Japan. In August, the days are long, allowing you to enjoy the gradual transition from the warm colors of sunset over the city to the sparkling night view.

The venue is easily accessible, with shuttle bus service provided from the conference venue. It is also about 10 minutes by taxi from Nagasaki Station.
