Our society strives to increase membership and promote digital pathology every year. While Nagasaki is somewhat distant for many participants, we are currently planning a diverse program. The exhibition area will also include a poster hall and lounge area, and activities such as a stamp rally will be conducted to ensure fruitful experience for participating companies.

Call for Sponsored(Co-hosted) Seminars

We are pleased to invite companies and organizations to participate in sponsored (co-hosted) seminars at the 24th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Digital Pathology and AI (JSDP 2026). Please note that after submitting your application, the final schedule and content of the seminars will be coordinated. We kindly ask for your understanding that it may not always be possible to accommodate all preferences.

・Duration: 30 minutes
・Number of Slots: 6
・Fee: JPY 300,000 per slot (tax included)
・Venue: Dejima Messe Nagasaki, Room 101B+C (Mein Conference Hall, 200-350 Seats)
・Contents: Each participating company may present an introduction of their equipment, services, or a special session.

Basic Facilities and Notes:
The seminar room is equipped for standard presentation formats, similar to regular conference sessions. Costs related to chairpersons, moderators, or speakers are not included. Please note that no private preparation rooms are provided. If you require signage or name boards in front of the venue, arrangements can be made separately upon request.

※If you wish to reserve multiple consecutive slots for an extended session, please indicate this clearly on the sponsorship application form.

Call for Reception Sponsor

We are pleased to invite companies to sponsor the Welcome Reception scheduled on the evening of the first day of the conference. This reception will provide an excellent opportunity for networking with domestic and international guests who have gathered in Nagasaki. The event will feature elements highlighting the unique culture and charm of Nagasaki.

Sponsorship Fee: JPY 300,000
Number of Sponsors: 3 companies
Participation: Up to 3 representatives from each sponsoring company may attend the reception free of charge

※The names of sponsoring companies will be displayed and introduced during the reception. Detailed information will be provided in the second edition of the announcement.
※Please note that the membership fees and benefits for sponsoring companies may change next year. In cases where priority is given to certain companies, your application may not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.

Joint Luncheon Seminar

This is a unique joint luncheon seminar offered exclusively by our society. Participating companies are invited to deliver a short presentation introducing their equipment or services using PowerPoint slides, videos, or other media. Each company will have approximately 4 minutes in a pitch-style format.
Participation in the luncheon seminar is offered as an additional benefit for exhibitors. However, due to limited time, slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not wish to participate, please indicate this on the exhibitor information sheet.

・Content: Short presentations introducing each company’s equipment or services
Dates & Time:

・Presentation time : Approximately 4 minutes per company (Presentation time may be adjusted depending on the number of participating companies.)

Banner Advertisement-Application Guidelines

We are pleased to offer participating companies the opportunity to display banner advertisements and company introduction videos on the official website of the 24th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Digital Pathology and AI (JSDP 2026). Please submit your PowerPoint slides or videos in advance.
If your organization has applied for a sponsored seminar or exhibition booth, banner advertisement is included, and no separate application is required.

Donation – Application Guidelines

We also welcome donations from organizations and individuals who support the purpose of this conference.

Use of Donations: Funds will be applied to cover the costs of hosting JSDP 2026
Tax Deduction: Donations are not tax-deductible

※Luncheon seminar slots are first-come, first-served, so we recommend applying early.
※An invoice will be sent after receipt of the completed sponsorship application form.
※Starting next year, annual fees and benefits for sponsoring companies may change. Some new items will be added to the sponsorship guidelines, but these have not yet been finalized. Once the second edition is completed, it will be sent to all sponsors. Items listed in the first edition will remain unchanged. Please note that invoice issuance may be affected if your company is a current sponsor.
